Job Title: Risk Assurance, Financial Services Risk and Regulations Graduates 2020

Risk Assurance

Risk is a fact of life for business and it is growing in importance to businesses around the world. It exists in various forms, from potential cybersecurity breaches to possible breaks in the supply chain. Risk cannot be avoided altogether, but it can be managed and mitigated. And, a business can prepare for what may be lurking around the corner. That’s where PwC’s Risk Assurance practice comes in.

To apply for the risk assurance programme:

You may apply for the Financial Risk and Regulation programme at any time during the final year of your undergraduate degree or during your honours year.

You will need a strong academic background and one or more of the following qualifications:

• Honours or Masters degree in Economics, Business Science, Forensics, Risk Management
• Additional professional qualifiation (FRM, PRM, CFA or MBA) is advantegeous
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Wors, Excel and PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Researching and advising on good practice risk management principles and their application across risk types and benchmarking client practices to these;
• Analyzing the implications of regulatory changes on key business processes;
• Supporting the development of enhanced risk management approaches, processes and controls;
• Performing risk analysis on large data sets, developing insights and reporting on results;
• Compiling project reports and presentations for delivery to clients for decision making purposes.
• Supporting the development of thought leadership and research of risk management topics.
