Vacancy Details

 

INTRODUCTION

QPro Feeds is a dynamic Animal Feed Manufacturing business with a facility in both Bethlehem and Vrede.  We are responsible for producing animal feed to in-house clients as well as external clients in the monogastric and ruminant fields.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Grade 12
  • At least 3-years proven work experience within an Administrative role
  • Proven working knowledge of MS Excel
  • Working experience with Navision would be an advantage

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure pricing on orders are correct before invoicing.
  • Ensure quantity loaded and shipped is correct according to loading documentation.
  • Verify delivery dates on orders before invoicing.
  • Ship and invoice orders when product has been loaded.
  • Send Invoices for approval.
  • Obtain all signed POD’s from Transporters: Customer copy, Dispatch copy, security copy and weighbridge ticket.
  • Ensure all documents are attached to the POD: Dispatch, security, and weighbridge ticket.
  • Filing of POD’s according to date.
  • Follow-up on all POD queries
  • Ensure credit notes are accompanied with an NCR number.
  • Process credit notes
  • Ensure all supported documents are attached.
  • Filling of credit memos according to dates.
  • Continues follow-up on all discrepancies.
  • Assist with ad-hoc reception / administrative duties from time to time.
