Introduction
We urgently seek a seasoned Senior IT/ ICT Business Analyst, Telecomms – 6 Months Contract – Johannesburg Process Engineering optimisation experience in the Telecommunications industry. This is a 6-month contract based in Johannesburg West / Randburg.

Job Title: IT/ ICT Business Analyst, Telecomms
Location: Randburg

Job Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Analyse, document and update identified and prioritised L3/L4 processes
Map processes in Visio/iServer
Define and update policies and procedures (wherever applicable) as per ISO 9001 Quality Standard
Obtain sign-off on processes, policies, and procedures (wherever applicable)
Accurately assess the risks associated with each quality process
Produce process recommendations trackers as per standardised template
Produce requirements specifications (wherever applicable)
Produce a weekly status report for the programme sponsor

Manage business processes and address systemic and operational issues
Business Process Optimisation within Enterprise Business Unit
Re-engineering existing ICT processes and buid new processes for the future
Analysis of business processes and process mapping for different business functions
Change management
Establish and maintain quality standards that will enhance the customer experience and cost efficiency

Desired Experience & Qualification:
BSc Industrial Engineer degree / IT degree
IT/ ICT Business Analyst experience
ICT engineer experience
MUST have a Minimum of 5 years in re-engineering telecommunication/ICT industry experience
MUST have ITIL knowledge and DMAIC
Six Sigma trained
ICT 2.0
Business Process Optimisation

Package & Remuneration:
Salary: R650 – R850 per hour
