A retail-led healthcare group is seeking an IT Portfolio Manager who specializes in the Business Intelligence and Integration function to join their team.

Job Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities:
The companies IT department plays a critical role in supporting the business through its technology driven solutions amd offers the ideal candidate an opportunity to demonstrate their knowledge and understanding of the IT space in an innovative, collaborative and creative environment.
The incumbent will be working on a wide range of projects ranging from developing new applications to supporting existing infrastructure and providing technical support.

Duties:
Drive alignment and delivery of IT enablement of business strategies.
Manage key business stakeholders.
Liaise between the technical and business teams.
Asses quality of change requests logged by business champions.
Identify processes, problems and opportunities or needs and work alongside IT team to define solution characteristics.
Investigate business problems across applications and functionality to determine the most effective resolution and document in the form of a business case.
Adhere to relevant governance processes such as the project management, LifeCycle, the Systems Development LifeCycle and associated practices.
Provide assistance to project managers with scoping and business processes.
Managenent of financials within budget and making use of Open and Capex.
Stay abreast of relevant application systems and technologies whilst working alongside technical team to influence business thinking with respect to business solutions and benefits.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:
Matric (Grade 12)
BCom or IT degree/diploma in the relevant field
BI, MDM or Integration certifications highly beneficial
Experience:
5 – 10 years senior IT management
5 years enterprise architecture management experience
5 years experience managing business intelligence and integration teams including ETL and data streaming technologies
5 years data management experience
2 years minimum retail experience
IT systems and solutions experience
Strong experience dealing 3rd party services
DevOps experience
IT application development
SOA experience
Project delivery and management
Policy and procedure crafting (negotiation and priorisation experience)
