Minimum Requirements

Qualification/Experience

• National Diploma in Management , Logistics or Business Administration
• Computer Literacy
• 2 years warehousing would be an added advantage.

 

Personal Attributes

The successful candidate must be a self-starter who works well with minimum supervision;
He/she must also have good problem-solving skills and be able to work well in a team environment

 

Job Specification

Introduction Sedibeng Brewery is looking for enthusiastic employee to enter into a Graduate programme for a period of 2 years. This is an opportunity to develop individuals with the potential and capability to become part of the Supply Chain leadership team at Sedibeng Brewery in junior management roles within the Logistics function.

• The graduate programme will be structured along the guidelines of learning and developmental activities
• Formal training – the attendance of accredited formal training courses in management, leadership and technical skills that meet ECSA requirement.
• On-the-job training – this takes place in the departments within supply chain under the guidance of selected coaches within supply chain
• Each graduate trainee will be assigned to a mentor to guide them professionally throughout the entire programme and ensure their growth in the leadership roles.
• Complete set development programme within the prescribed time frame
