One of the oldest farms in the Cape Winelands is looking to employ a Junior Financial Manager with 3 years post-article experience and who has a CA or CIMA qualification.
One of the oldest farms in the Cape Winelands is looking to employ a Junior Financial Manager with 3 years post-article experience and who has a CA or CIMA qualification.

DUTIES:

• Prepare monthly management pack reports for business units
• Prepare management accounting information on costings, margins and stock levels
• Support the development, standardization and implementation of new financial systems and processes
• Ensure that suitable internal controls are in place
• Assist with business units’ budget preparation
• Prepare audit support schedules for year-end audit
• Assist in training staff to implement new financial processes or procedures
• Support the Head of Finance

REQUIREMENTS:

• CA or CIMA qualification
• 3 years’ post-article experience
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English
• a Background in e-commerce or retail (advantageous)
• Familiar with the latest IFRS knowledge
• Experience in financial accounting and monthly management reporting
• Strong numeric, analytical and statistical competencies
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Working knowledge of ERP and WMS applications and processing
