Job Title: Remote IT Help Desk Technician (Level 2)
Location: Remote
Job Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Most of our clients are Managed Service Providers specializing in:
Microsoft Windows & Office technologies (Desktop, Server, Cloud)
Networks based on technologies like Cisco and Sonicwall
Providing full stack support to offices, work from home users and all of their devices and applications
Be a tech superhero or ninja, saving users from technical disarray.
Be an escalation point for junior technicians and help with projects and infrastructure.
Desired Experience & Qualification:
Excellent English communication, both verbal and written skills required
IT Experience required
Previous Help desk/MSP experience is a plus
Package & Remuneration:
