Intern: Municipal finance Management x2:

Two year fixed term stipend: R100 000.00 (all inclusive)

Minimum Requirements: National Diploma / Degree in Accounting or equivalent • Advanced Computer Literacy • Basic Knowledge of Local Government •Understanding of the Internship programme and its purpose •Good academic record.

Key Performance Areas: Revenue Management • Expenditure Management • Supply Chain Management • Budget and Reporting Management.

Intern: Town Planning

One year contract

Stipend R33 707.26 per annum

Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 • Three year Diploma / Degree in Town and Regional Planning a Computer Literacy – Communication skills • Problem solving and analytical skills •Understanding of development planning Knowledge of human settlement and planning.

Key Performance Areas: Application of the town planning schemes Consideration and reporting and land use applications Undertake land use surveys, land research and land audits •  Co-ordination of Town planning applications (township establishment, sub-division and rezoning) • Assisting in all town planning projects.
