Main Responsibilities

Financing:

• Optimizing usage of transactional lines (structure, sublimit, bank allocation etc.) in cooperation with the Trade Finance team.
• Reviewing and agreeing repo calculations and hedge movements with banks.
• Optimizing usage of various financing solutions (transactional, repo, clean, discounting)
• Liaising with banks and various internal departments regarding financing

Reporting:

• Reporting and reviewing fee calculations and optimising where possible
• Facilitating and streamlining reporting tools on transactional bank capabilities, sublimits and utilisation
• Undertaking various reconciliations between both interdepartmental and external records
• Tracking entire trade cycle flow and reporting accordingly to banks.

Candidate Requirements

Education, Skills and Experience:

• 2+ years Trade Finance experience in banks / Commodity trading company
• Very strong numerical/analytical skills
• Good MS office Excel skills
• Fluent in English
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability and willingness to interact effectively with all levels of employees and with external counterparties (such as banks) in international environment.
• Capacity to innovate and think out of the box
• Capability to solve problems, deadline oriented, positive minded
• Ability to work proactively and autonomously
• VBA knowledge a plus
• Ability to work in a high-pressure atmosphere.
