VATRS: Siyakhula Graduate / Internship Programme 2020

The Siyakhula 2020 programme is an intensive 12 months Audit, Tax and Advisory internship programme whose purpose is to provide 5 unemployed graduates with the opportunity to gain practical work experience and skills in a Growing Johannesburg based firm of Chartered Accountants and Auditors.

About the internship

You will gain exposure across our various group companies in the following areas:

• Accounting and External Reporting (Preparation of financial statements, preparation of
• management accounts, processing of accounting records)
• Auditing and Assurance (Internal Audit and External Audit)
• Taxation (VAT, PAYE, CIT, VAT recovery) Financial Advisory Company Valuations, Business planning, Incentives and grants, Due diligence)

Duration of internship

• 12 Months
• Upon completion of internship you may be placed within the group or at other employers depending of your performance ratings

Requirements

• Age 18 – 35
• Completed qualification or in final year of qualification
• Must not have completed any internship programme before.
• No criminal record

Qualifications

A Bachelors degree / BTech Degree or National diploma obtained from a South African University or University of Technology
