Job Title: Temporary Office Manager: Braamfontein

1)6 Star Green Building management and maintenance procedures, planning, preventative, scheduling, and implementation, including:
•inspection and maintenance of the greywater system.
•building management system.
•budgeting and procurement (e.g service providers, SLA/s),
•health and safety compliance
•setting and implementing office policies, standards and procedures
•cleaning services, and
•security services (SSG and Bad Boys)
2)Braamfontein Help Desk to support users (staff and tenants) of the building and the various operations which serve them with a focus on customer service, including venue bookings, venue set up and proactive (planned time), limited, IT support (IT Help Desk coordination)
3)Revenue events venue bookings only (not actual event management – over time starts when agreement signed, and deposit paid)
4)Managing staff and guests’ access to the office (including finger-print scanning of staff), receipt of goods (e.g. post, couriers, etc.) and storage thereof.
5)Proactive (booked) on-site support for WWF SMT and Board events only.
6)Managing pool cars (including insurance matters) and on-site support parking matters (South Point)
•Relevant tertiary qualification
•Minimum of 5years in office management, PA, senior administrative post position.
•Superior writing and verbal skills in English and at least another South African language.
•Relationship building skills
•Excellent planning and organizing skills, attention to detail, Solutions-focus
•Advanced level of computer literacy and office communication technology tools.
•Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting deadlines
•Professionalism in personal interactions (both externally and internally)
•Experience in travel arrangements
