Customers	Africa Senior management MultiChoice Africa business units (Finance, marketing, distribution, operations, credit control and customer services) Vendors Operations Support Operations line managers Training Department ITD
Outputs	Prepare presentations/documents/Report/Correspondances Scheduled and provide weekly / monthly reports Identify and analyze new user requirements Africa user and 3rd Party system support & maintenance Identify user training & escalate to training dept. (IBS) Maintained communication with Staff & Managers 3rd Party data integrity checks Assist in 3rd Party Systems back end processes/updates Attend SLA’s and provide feedback (in house and 3rd party SLA’s) Completed test approaches & documentation for Africa business Administrate relevant documents (SLA’s & vendor agreements) in the Contracts Management System Support and maintenance of all Africa reporting platforms (including new reports, enhancements and debugging) Provide basic to intermediate adhoc information in the form of extracts / reports. End to end trouble shooting
Education & Experience	Qualification – Matric (incl Microsoft Office) Information Systems Diploma
