We are looking for a Media Campaign Assistant to provide administrative support to our media operations. You’ll track advertising projects from start to finish to ensure efficiency and accurate record-keeping.

Job Title: Media Campaign Assistant
Location: Fourways, Johannesburg

Job Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Campaign Support:

Update and take Client store photographs weekly (Reports, Social Media, Newsletter)

Proof of execution, photographs & video content to be sent to Network Manager and Sales Coordinator at commencement of new campaign

Post campaign reporting, compile and send to Sales Coordinator monthly

Capturing and compiling social media content

Pull together newsworthy content to share internally and on our PR platforms

Maintain good awareness of the Campaign Calendar (ensuring all campaigns are captured timeously)

Maintaining an understanding on the campaign process and execution via Magnetic (Artwork Process)

Ensure client presentations and supporting documentation are updated and backed up

Strategic store visits to ensure various stores are covered monthly and reporting on any store issues are communicated via offsite protocol.

Desired Experience & Qualification:
Personal Skills/Attributes:

Driver’s license & own vehicle/transport

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Basic photography skills and interest in Social Media

Proficiency in Photoshop, Canva & Illustrator is a bonus

Well spoken | Proactive | Attention to detail | Ability to work under pressure | Creative

Package & Remuneration:

± R10 000.00 per month
