ADMINISTRATION OFFICER INFORMATION MANAGEMENT REF NO: 06899
Directorate: Information Communication and Technology
SALARY : R195 177 per annum (plus benefits)
CENTRE : Charlotte Maxeke Johannesburg Academic Hospital

REQUIREMENTS : Degree/ National Diploma in Information Management and at least two years
relevant experience or Matric/ Grade 12 with five years Information Management
experience. Experience in the use of MEDICOM and PAAB systems are
essential. Knowledge of DHMIS policy and standard operating procedures are
advantage.

DUTIES : The incumbent will be responsible to: plan for data improvement, hospital
statistics, documenting / recording of information (entering, transcribing, recoding,
storing or maintaining information in writing or electronic/ magnetic form).
Providing information to stakeholders. Evaluating information to determine
compliance with standards. Analysing data or information, interpreting the
meaning of information to others. Producing user friendly for decision making.
Provide client relationship management. Performing administrative activities.
Attend data interrogation meetings.
