Salary:R182 688 – R237 144 per annum (plus benefits)

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12
Qualified Tradesman
Negotiation skills
Attention to detail
Communication skills
Computer literacy
Valid driver’s license
Relevant experience

Core Responsibilities:

Maintenance management and construction management by implementing the correct procedures and regulations
Fleet management by ensuring that the fleet is maintained properly to stop it from misuse
Administration and project management by issuing instructions plans and allocate tasks
Industrial relations practice and implement communication skills to communicate to fellow workers in a proper way
Occupational Health and Safety by implementing the NOSA safety standards for safe working conditions and the OHS Act
Quality control by doing frequent inspections
Liaise with other entities and departments by having regular meetings
Control and supervise the building activities
Control and supervise the installation, repairs and maintenance of municipal buildings
Administrative duties to ensure effective service delivery
