PROVISIONING ADMINISTRATION CLERK REF NO: DODHQ/20/01

SALARY : R183 438 per annum, Level 7
CENTRE : DOD HQ Unit, Armscor Building, Erasmuskloof, Pretoria.
REQUIREMENTS : A recognised Degree/Diploma/NQF Level 5 in Logistics or related field. A
minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience in the logistics or relevant environment.
Knowledge of Logistics practices, legislative framework and/or Policies applicable
in the Public Service. Special requirements (skills needed): Computer proficiency
(Preferably in Ms Word, Ms Excel and Ms PowerPoint). Ability to compile
management reports. Ability to interpret and implement policies and directives.
Ability to work both independently and within a team. Ability to work/cope under
pressure. Communication Skills (Verbal and Written) on different levels.
DUTIES : Executing and monitoring stock taking program and spot checks. Maintaining a
functional filing system. Distributing account administration and assist in handling
audit queries. Compiling/Printing relevant management reports. Handling and
controlling discrepancies. Loss administration, managing disposals, accounting
and welfare of the section.
