Qualification:
A relevant 3 year Degree/IMM Diploma or equivalent (NQF level 7).
Experience:
5 Years Marketing Mobile experience or training management experience.
Special requirements:
A valid driver’s license.
Willing to work long hours.
Core Description (Duties & Responsibilities)
The incumbent will be responsible for working the development of a training framework in conjunction with training providers and the ongoing management of the training vendors taking into consideration quality of training on product, process and systems through constant monitoring. Where training gaps are identified, suitable vendors are to be identified and brought on-board to facilitate training interventions.
