ABSA 2012 Accounting Training Programme
Successful applicants will form part of the extensive Absa Graduate Programme during their first year of training. Every trainee will receive guidance on professional development from a dedicated personal mentor. The training takes place at our head office in Johannesburg, and provides a challenging training platform, with rotations to ensure exposure to different technical areas and specialist business units.
Chartered accountants and other professionals supervise trainees. Trainees also have the opportunity to explore various divisions in the bank to establish which area of specialisation they would like to follow after completion of their training contract.
