Manage patients filing system as per the national Archive Act, Ensure that Patient files are retrieved on time, Track missing files to minimize duplicate files Must be 57 flexible in term of rotation and added responsibilities.
Capture first visit patients on PAAB and manually.
Request files at records. Have knowledge of the procedure manual, PFMA, Treasury regulations and other administration policies, be prepared to rotate and work shift.
Assist in Tracing of the files for the subsequent visit and repeat medication patients. Possess knowledge of the Basic Condition of Employment Act.
