SALARY : R183 438 – 216 084 per annum (plus benefits)

REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 plus 3 years relevant experience or Diploma/Degree in logistics,
Supply chain Management or Accounting. Possession of PAS 1, 2 and practical
knowledge of SRM will be an added advantage.
The officer should be able to work independently and have skill in supplier relations, payment query
management and be able to generate submissions.
DUTIES : Eliminate stock outs in the clinics. Management of tally cards. Conduct stock taking. Implement and monitor maximum and minimum stock level Investigate errors and do corrections. Reduction of shrinkage or losses. Contract of staff and quarterly reviewed PMDS. Management of 0-9 file. Make follow-up with suppliers for deliveries.
Fax new orders to the suppliers once buyers are complete with capturing. Management of invoice of suppliers and waybill numbers. Sent orders
items to the end users within 48 hours. Ensure that asset management unit get all document for barcoding of assets received. File documents on relevant files.
Attend to queries and do any task as delegated by the supervisor. Inventory management. Capturing of GRV’s.
