Job Title: BRANCH ADMIN CLERK
Location: Piet Retief, Mpumalanga, South Africa

Job Summary:
The most suitable candidate will be required to perform administrative duties including reception within the branch.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Reception
• Policy Services
• Fraud misrepresentation
• Statistic
• Claims
• Premium collection/ banking
• Premium Administration
• Assistant to Area Manager
• General Administration

Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:

• Grade 12/ Matric

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:

• 2– 3 Years life assurance, preferably in policy maintenance/client services environment
• 2– 3 Years administrative experience
• AVBOB Production system will be an advantage

SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:

• Administration skills and must be able to work under pressure
• Computer skills
• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Time management skills
• Listening and problem solving skills
