Digital Marketing Plan Execution:
Develops digital marketing strategy, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
Interchangeably, work with agencies and self-develop content for the overall growth of SA Distribution’s digital platforms and its associated audiences
Execute several aspects of digital marketing operations, such as planning digital marketing campaigns, creating concepts and contents, setting audiences and value propositions, and integrating digital channels.
Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals
Content Strategy and Execution:
Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising content and messages.
Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
Plans and creates content and messages on website. Optimize content for the website and social networking channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google Plus, etc.
Track the website traffic flow and provide internal reports and analytics regularly.
Fix any error in online content and arrange webinars and webcasts.
Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.
Customer Experiences Implementation
Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Support the implementation of differentiating customer experience initiatives, tools, and processes, including customer experience testing.
Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience. Optimize placement of buttons and user experience.
Effectively execute community management to ensure the good standing of our brands and all the associated campaigns and messages
Client & Customer Management (External):
Creation of electronic communications to users.
Engage and liaise with clients regarding user experience and utilise feedback to innovate and optimise sites.
Contribute to the development and delivery of marketing communications campaigns across all media to support the business plan.
Creation of ongoing contextual adverts.
Data and Analytics:
Use analytics and metrics, and a number of technologies/tools, to analyze campaign results, successes and KPIs.
Responsible for analyzing statistics and looking for ways that the company can improve its online marketing efforts.
Develop key relationships with engineering teams and digital marketing agencies and possess the communication skills and confidence to deliver technical information to nontechnical audiences.

General Education: Matric Post graduate qualification in Digital Marketing or
General Experience: Minimum 4 years’ experience in similar role
