Its business operations are essentially confined to the insurance of employers against their liabilities under the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act 1993. In terms of the articles of association of the company, shareholding is restricted to policy holders.

FEM is looking to appoint a Medical Claims Administrator in our Johannesburg Branch in the Claims Department. The overall objective of the position is to ensure that all registered claims are assessed and administered efficiently and effectively in terms of the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act. The position requires the incumbent to have functional computer literacy, good literacy and numeracy skills as well as an excellent performance track record. Knowledge of the COID Act and workman’s compensation will be a distinct advantage.
Minimum Requirements:
