Contact Centre Technologies Internship 2015 at Velisa Africa

Training will run in Johannesburg , practical  will be in Western Cape with host employer

Intern Requirements:

• South African citizen
• Between the ages of 21-35

Qualification :

• Diploma /Degree in IT (Computer science )

Program detail:

Internship on the foundations for service management, system support, business analysis, and pre sales

The intern program will start with 6 months classroom based training at Velisa academy

Phase 1 – Introduction to Service Management, Contact Centres & Business Basics

Phase 2 – Network Application Layer, Teamwork and Communication

Phase 3 – Business requirements analysis, Troubleshooting & Project Management

Phase 4 – Data Analytics, Intro to programming, Intermediate Word & Excel, Soft/Consulting/Presentation skills

6 months on-site training
