SALARY : R123 738- R145 758 per annum (plus benefits)
CENTRE : Lebone College of Emergency Care
REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 with 2- 5 years relevant experience. Computer Literacy (Word, Excel,
MS Outlook etc). Good communication skills (written and verbal). Must be able to
work under pressure. Valid Code 8 Drivers License is essential.
DUTIES : Ensure compliance with Procurement, Finance, HR, Transport prescripts and
procedures. General Administration that includes opening of files, arrange
meetings, filing, typing and drafting of letters and submissions. Taking & typing
minutes of all College Committee meetings and distribution. Administer the
diaries of Principal and Deputy Principal. Ensure that the Principal and Deputy
Principals filing and administration are up to date. Control the incoming and
outgoing files. Must be able to multitask and perform under pressure in a team
and independently. Any other duties determined by College Management.
