administration for Production, the back flush process, procurement of secondary raw materials, control and maintain stock sheets for production, co-ordinate and assist

Proficient in MS Office particularly data analysis using Excel
(formulas & graphs)
• Negotiating skills
• Inventory management
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Strong administration skills
• Production planning
Execute all financial administration for Production
Responsible for the backflush process daily
Procurement of secondary raw materials
Control and maintain stock sheets for Production
Coordinate and assist production with financial budgets
Invest in personal development
Living the Etlin values and adhere to all the policies and procedures
Define teams output
Drive performance excellence

Requirements:
Minimum education (essential): NQF level 6, diploma in Accounting and/ or finance

Minimum education (desirable): NQF level 7, BCom degree in accounting and/ or finance

Minimum applicable experience: (years) 3-5 years’ experience in an administration role or similar within the food industry.

Preferred nature of experience: More than 5 years’ experience in an administration role or similar within the food industry

Legal Requirements – Valid Code B Driver’s License and Own Transport.
Passed medical exams,
Clear Criminal Record
