Job Title: Exhibitions Officer
Location: Muizenberg, Western Cape, South Africa

Salary: R 261,372.00 – 307,890.00 Annually

Job Summary:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Conduct research into the viability of newly proposed qualifications
•Applying for programme accreditation for legacy qualifications and new occupational certificates
•Source and secure learning materials for new occupational programmes
•Register and re-register assessors, moderators, and facilitators with relevant SETA and QCTO
•Ensuring regulatory compliance before programme implementation
•Maintain a database of SETA and QCTO approved learning material
•Maintain a database of current assessors, moderators, and facilitators
•Plan and prepare for programme and site accreditation in consultation with the relevant programme head
•Attending relevant SETA and QCTO meetings
•Support employers with the workplace approval process
•Perform any other functions as seen fit by the organisation.
Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:
•National Diploma or equivalent qualification; Marketing related
•Minimum 2 years relevant experience working with youth
•Min 2 Experience of marketing and promoting qualifications within the Post School Education and Training Sector
•Solid experience in the use Microsoft Office word-processing, spreadsheets and presentation packages.
•Valid driver’s licence – essential
•Knowledge of the TVET Landscape and its mandate
•Database management

RECOMMENDATIONS:
•Experience/knowledge in a marketing role and some evidence of professional development within marketing
•Experience/knowledge: Communication strategies to communicate Career- pathing opportunities for youth
•Experience in sales
