A national firm within the FMCG / Retail sector is looking to appoint a dynamic Junior HR Assistant for their branch in Umdloti.  The suitable candidate must be from surrounding areas (Verulam, Ballito, Phoenix)

Candidate Requirements

• Grade 12
• HR Degree / Diploma or studying towards qualification will be highly advantageous
• Min 2 years HR Administration / Payroll experience
• Ability to maintain and manage confidential information is essential
• Leave record keeping
• Processing employment documentation
• Monthly stats
• Capturing of overtime, management allowance, leave on excel spreadsheet
• Placing stationery orders
• Approvals on WFM
• Time & attendance administration
