IT Systems Administrator (HLR7696) (JHB)

Job Title: IT Systems Administrator (HLR7696) (JHB)
Location: Johannesburg

Duties & Responsibilities:
​​​​Management of the Infrastructure.
Experience in Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint and Teams.
Liaise directly with internal regional IT teams and external IT Vendors.
Manage Users and User groups on systems running on our infrastructure.
Handling first and second-level support processes.
Ticket management and execution.

Desired Experience & Qualification:
Fluent in English (verbal and written), additional language skills preferred
Ambitious self-starter who can work to tight time scales with a focus on delivering signed-off data migration tasks.
Preferably IT Support experience in a multi-national environment.
Preferably experience with RDS and RDG management.
Experience in working on Project Rollouts including Infrastructure and Systems deployment.
Deployment and Management of core business applications and systems.
Over 2 years experience in IT infrastructure role (Networking, Administrator, Support Desk Engineer)
1-4 years experience in System Administration (Server and Client).
