Our client in the Telecommunication industry is currently recruiting for a Key Account Manager who will be responsible for driving new fibre business sales based in Durban.
Job Title: Key Account Manager
Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives as well as chasing new business
Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metric
Calmly deal with customer complaints and issues.
The ability to work independently and within a team.
Good PC and software skills.
Technical knowledge of IT
Experience of up to 3 – 4 Year cold calling
Sales pipeline development
Consulting with clients
Knowledge ( 3 Years VOIP , 2 years ICT industry experience – advantageous
Developing value-added services or solutions for the client as well as Strategy discussion.
