Purpose of the Job

Provide support to the IT Advisory business unit in the Western Cape with a focus on assisting senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

1.1 Diary Management

  • Schedule meetings (external & internal);
  • Liaising with client contacts for external or client meetings;
  • Diarising travel arrangements;
  • Capturing expense claims for partner and associate director on or before deadline;
  • Flight bookings, local and overseas, VISA applications and accommodation;
  • Minute taking at management meetings and distributing timeously
  • General document formatting and proof reading;
  • Capturing leads on client data-base – CRM;
  • Filing: invoice and engagement letters
  • Birthday & telephone list updates;
  • General social activities;
  • Maintaining stationery cupboard;
  • Collate various reports to be used for internal meetings and strategic management decisions;
  • Assist with resource planning;
  • Plan and co-ordinate functions for BU including meetings, end of year functions, financial year end functions, client functions / forums;
  • Maintaining stock of Cricket box i.e. catering and beverages; co-ordination and allocation of cricket tickets amongst partners;
  • Co-ordinate recruitment activities with various Universities i.e. presentations & socials (including setting up interviews & workshops);
  • Liaising with KPMG HR;
