Our client is a leading and innovative soft fruit farm, with a farm in George. They are looking for passionate and motivated Logistics and Administrative Coordinator to be based in their George office. This is an amazing opportunity for someone to join a great company.

Reporting to: Nursery Business Manager

 

Qualification & Experience required:

• Experience working for a fruit farm is an advantage
• Grade 12
• Logistics diploma/degree will be beneficial
• Excellent computer skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in logistics coordinator
• Experience in office administration
• Experience in Agriculture
• Drivers License

 

Main responsibilities:

• Daily planning, monitoring and coordination of deliveries (local & export)
• Maintaining and managing of customers files services & complaints
• Quality control and record keeping of plants dispatches from nursery
• Scheduling of meetings and taking minutes of meetings
• General administration tasks
