Vacancy Details

Based in Stellenbosch, this would suit a person who is deadline driven and is team orientated.

KPA’S:

• Updating and Maintaing accounting records for a portfolio of properties
• Capturing bond interests, accruals , bad debt, depreciation etc.
• Assisting and preparing VAT calculations
• Updating banks on a daily basis
• Working within a team of 4 people
• Adhoc duties

 

Required Skills

• Financial Institution Experience: 3 to 4 years
• Bad Debt Analysis: 3 to 4 years
• Tax Consolidation: 3 to 4 years
• Vat Payment Preparation: 3 to 4 years

 

Candidate Requirements

• 3 years related experience
• Working knowledge of MDA system (advantageous)
• MS Office, especially Excel
• High degree of accuracy
• Attention to detail
• Hands on personality
• Analytical problem solver
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well in teams
• Great interpersonal skills
