An office Automation/Telecoms company based in Sandton/Johannesburg is currently seeking a Toner Warranty Clerk.

• Minimum of 3 Years’ experience in Office Automation technical department
• BPO experience would be an advantage
• Building strong relationships with Clients and Technicians
• Managing No charge toner orders
• Issuing of stock and toners
• Taking No Charge Toner orders and processing toner orders
• Toner Stock ordering
• Good communication skills and well presented
• Have attention to detail when compiling reports/Service Schedules
• Communication skills – speaking and writing
• Good problem solving skills
• Efficient follow-up skills to clients and technicians
• Must have good time management skills
• Matric
• Excel literate
