Temporary Chef for Dietary Meal Training

We are currently seeking a skilled Chef to join our housekeeper on a temporary month-to-month basis, working at our residence in Klein Zevenwacht Wine Estate, Kuilsrivier. The primary responsibility of this role is to train our current housekeeper in preparing healthy dietary meals to assist with weight loss.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Train and mentor the housekeeper in cooking techniques for healthy dietary meals.
• Develop customized meal plans tailored to specific dietary requirements.
• Prepare and present nutritious and delicious meals.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Collaborate with the homeowner to create meal plans and recipes.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional culinary experience.
• Strong knowledge of healthy and dietary cooking methods.
• Effective communication and teaching skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability.
• Preferably a resident of Kuilsrivier, Stellenbosch, or nearby areas.
