Vacancy Details

Our Client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Financial Processing Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of financial processing tasks, including:

• Processing of debtors and creditors transactions
• Cashbook processing
• Bank and creditors reconciliations

 

Responsibilities

• Process debtors and creditors transactions accurately and timely
• Prepare and maintain cashbook records
• Reconcile bank and creditors statements
• Prepare and analyze financial reports
• Assist with the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

 

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in financial processing, preferably in Pastel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
