VACANCY: Human Resources Business Partner – Randburg

• Acted as a business partner by embedding company HR strategy and by providing professional generalist HR guidance and support to client groups with the objective to add value to the business
• People Management
• Contributed to the business strategy by helping identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes
• Diagnosed business challenges and together with HR COE craft solutions
• Translated business and HR strategy into a clear annual HR operational plan
• Implemented group wide initiatives/strategy
• Designed and implemented Human Resources Policies and Procedures (Employee Relations, Recruitment & Selection)
• Responsible for execution of all people processes in the employment and business cycle, in line with policy and legislation – recruitment, induction, L&D, EE planning, retention, career management, reward etc
• Supported line management in forecasting and planning the talent pipeline requirements in line with the function/business strategy
• Facilitated line of sight initiatives to build a high-performing organization aligned with the strategic leadership agenda
• Facilitated and promote employee engagement and feedback
• Provided expert advice and coaching to employees where appropriate
• Managed and followed through on Employee Relations cases
• Implemented Performance Management philosophy and processes
• Transactional HR excellence – effective back office liaison
• HR Reporting (monthly, training, assessments, projects)
Qualification
• Masters degree in Industrial Psychology or equivalent
• Registered Industrial Psychologist with the HPCSA
FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES

• Hands-on exposure to the various Talent Management processes
• Human Resources information systems understanding
• Minimum 4 years experience in HR role(s) in a comparable environment
