Vacancy Details

An industry leader within the insurance advisory industry, based in the GAUTENG Province within Centurion, is recruiting for an experienced, qualified and skilled Personal Lines Administrator.

Nature of employment:
The successful incumbent will be employed on a permanent basis after completion of a probationary period.

The successful incumbent will have at least two (2) or more years’ experience in admin/ underwriting personal lines.

Formal education and qualifications as a minimum requirement

  • Matric
  • Fully qualified (RE5, COB and full qualification);
  • Must be computer literate on a basic to intermediary level on Microsoft software
  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English (written and verbal)
  • Office based in Centurion

  • Request quotations on behalf of the client
  • Compare new quotes with existing policies and provide a  comparison to the client
  • Give advice on which option to choose
  • Do all administration to place the policy
  • Maintain the policy: Do all amendments as requested by the client within SLA
  • Do renewals on all policies (Renewals to be done monthly on all policies)
  • Keep clients informed of all changes and requirements
  • Check monthly commission statements
  • Ensure FICA and  FAIS Compliance is received and captured.
