Qualifications

Minimum Matric required
Diploma in Payroll Administration an advantage
Experience Minimum of 5 years experience in Payroll/ Salaries Department as Payroll Administrator (Medium to Large Payroll)
Knowledge of CRS an advantage
Excellent Excel Skills

 

Duties

Data Capturing of all payroll system related data pertaining to the incumbent’s areas of responsibility.
Managing and solving of all Payslip related queries pertaining to the incumbents’ areas of responsibility.
Autocard Reconciliation for payroll import
Bulk inputs onto system as required from time to time.
Leave Reconciliations
General Payroll Office assistance as required from time to time.
Job Competencies Accurate and Detail Orientated.
Must be deadline driven.
Be able to work and function as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills in both Afrikaans and English (written and verbal)
Excellent interpersonal skills
Above average time management, organizational and planning skills
Ability to work on own initiative and prioritize own workload
Ability to work under pressure and in potentially stressful situations
To be flexible and reliable
Understanding of issues relating to confidentiality
