REQUIREMENTS:

•        Matric

•        High Communication skills

• Honesty

• Microsoft Word and Excel – Advanced

• Tertiary education in the field would be an advantage

• Reliable & Accurate

DUTIES:

• Answering calls and handling queries

• Preparing correspondence on the principal\’s behalf

• Commissioning work on the principal\’s behalf

• Liaising with staff, clients, etc.

• Managing the principal\’s electronic diary

• Booking meetings

• Organizing travel and preparing complex travel itineraries

• Writing minutes

• Taking dictation

• Planning, organizing and managing events

• Typing documents

• Managing projects

• Typing Quotes

• Must have building experience / bill of quantities

• Must be able to source materials / tools
