Responsible to provide secretarial assistance and work relating to day-to-day functionality.

Screening of telephone calls, taking and following up of messages.
Diary management, Partners’ timesheets & co-ordinating meetings.
Typing, editing and formatting client reports, proposals, presentations and general correspondence.
Preparation of presentations (MS Powerpoint).
Handling confidential and sensitive documentation.
Organising, photocopying, printing, binding and delivery of documents.
Co-ordination of correspondence, filing and other documentation.
Qualification Level: Diploma
Experience Required: 3 – 4 years
Competencies / Skills:
Matric plus Secretarial Diploma.
Preferably a minimum of 3 years’ secretarial experience in a corporate environment.
Proficient in the use of MS Office particularly Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
Proficient in English and Afrikaans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organisational skills.
Ability to prioritise work and work under pressure.
Ability to take responsibility and initiative.
Ability to keep information confidential.
Must be prepared to work overime if required.
