We’re seeking an ICT Service Desk Agent on a 7 Month Contract for a client within the telecommunications industry to be based in Johannesburg.
MUST BE IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE.
Job Title: ICT Service Desk Agent – 7 Month Contract – Johannesburg
Duties & Responsibilities:
Fast moving industry with constantly changing business requirements and technologies
Fluid complexities of customer expectations and demands
Ensure escalation management processes and procedures in relation to the internal management structures
Ensure accurate Incident closure (incident reporting and RCAs) within defined SLA requirements
Initiate root cause analysis assessments and ensure drive implementation of recommended corrective actions.
Drive resolution of mobile queries/ requests within client SLAs e.g. performing sim swops, migrations between packages, provisioning lines on an APN, provisioning lines on an APN Management application, device repairs, URL reports, ITB etc.
Analyse and understand customer agreed SLA
Ensure implementation for mechanism for SLA compliance
Desired Experience & Qualification
3-year Diploma /Degree
3-year Customer Service Management
3-year experience in Telecommunications industry
Package & Remuneration:
R130 per hour
