Qualification
Have completed a Diploma / Degree in Human Resources or equivalent and be able to demonstrate good academic record and achievements;
Requirements
- Applicants must be South African citizens;
- Application forms must be completed in full and copies of academic records must be included;
- Not have previously participated in an internship or graduate programme;
- Have no work experience in the field of study;
- A recent graduate (2010-2013);
- Considered a youth (18-27 years);
- Verified qualification certificate and no criminal record;
- Prepared to undergo psychometric assessments
Responsibilities
- Advertise vacant positions internally and externally, where required
- Liaise with external providers regarding recruitment needs and ensure that they are regularly updated on the status of the recruitment process
- Search for and screen / match candidates for T-systems resource requirements
- Ensure relevant CV’s are provided timeously to Recruitment Consultants and relevant managers
- Organize and conduct (if required) interviews according to client requirements and job specifications
Competencies
- Effective communication in English (written and verbal);
- Computer literacy (MS Office – basic Word, PowerPoint, Excel);
- Knowledge of administration processes;
- Understanding of recruitment methodologies;
- Knowledge of Labour Law principles and practices;
