Reputable Telecoms firm seeks diligent indiv. Pivotal role to provide financial and decision support to the business. Prepare Mgt Accounts, perform accurate month-end close, produce and analyse financial report. Analyse direct costs. Ensure Audits and Budget processes run effectively.

Job Title: Operations Accountant
Location: Johannesburg, South Africa

Job Summary:
Main Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly Management Accounts for the business (Opex and Capex).
Compile monthly Management Accounts for Operations, Capital projects etc.
Provide full visibility of the Operations P & L per site, region, vendors etc.
Analyse the monthly/quarterly financial reports.
Prepare site profitability data and assist teams to increase profitability.
Ensure accurate reporting to all stakeholders.
Be a super-user for GL and effectively manage Oracle.
Partner with the business to find cost savings and ensure cost assurance.
Support Telcos business. Conduct direct cost analysis and provide input to ROI process.
Other key duties to be discussed at interview stage.

Qualifications and Experience:

BCom or Hons in Accounts. CIMA pref.
Mgt Accounting / Ops Accounting exp in Telecoms or IT.
