Our Tyger Valley based client is a global leader in warehousing and logistics solutions looking for an EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT with a “can-do” attitude to join their team.

DUTIES:

• Take minutes at meetings
• Assist with project planning and execution
• Conduct research and prepare reports
• Draw up presentations on PowerPoint
• Assist with Debtors / Creditors
• Assist MD with client relations and complaints
• Ad-hoc tasks

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in secretarial, business management or bookkeeping
• 5 years’ admin experience
• Background in financial industry with good understanding of financial management and accounting language
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
• Strong problem solving skills
• MS Office (Word and PowerPoint)
• Valid driver’s license (minimal travel required)

HOURS:

• 08:00 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri)
