Job Title: Admin Clerk
Location: Vryburg, North West, South Africa

Contract Type: Permanent
•Performing various administrative tasks in the shop, the stores and the fuel stations.
•Management and reconciliation of the petty cash.
•Daily cash balancing and management of all bank functions.
•Managing debtors’ inquiries, filing and follow-up on credit applications.
•Daily fuel reconciliation (Fuel statements as well as physical checking of fuel stock).
•Assisting with fuel receipts and reporting of defects and faulty pumps.
•Providing excellent customer service.
•Setting up daily, weekly and monthly inventory control schedules.
•The proactive management of inventory that is about to expire.
•Reporting and correcting stock variances.
•Assist with the management of stocktaking and preparation.
•Liaison with head office and other branches of business concerning any administrative inquiries.
•Perform Cashier duties as needed.
•The successful candidate must be willing to work overtime from time to time.
•Grade 12 with Accounting / Mathematics.
•Appropriate after-school qualification would be a recommendation.
•The successful candidate must have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a commercial business environment.
•Computer literate (MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
•Must be able to read, write and understand Afrikaans and English.
