Job Title: Engagement Coordinator-STI
Location: Fourways, Gauteng, South Africa

Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: Market Related

Job Summary:
To coordinate the logistics, project processes and/or activities (or part of a project) and events within STI department. Coordinate and facilitate various engagement activities across various platforms to ensure employee engagement throughout STI.

Project and Program Stakeholder Engagement:
Plan and deliver stakeholder engagement activities to develop effective project working relationships and to ensure that stakeholder needs and concerns are identified and met.

Administration:
Produce, update and provide best practice support on a wide range of MS documents, databases and other departmental systems to support the work of more senior colleagues and use own discretion to help improve processes. Create, organize and maintain files containing the correspondence and records.

Insights and Reporting:
Prepare and coordinate the completion of various data and analytics reports.

Data Collection & Analysis:
Collate and analyze data using pre-set tools, methods and formats. Involves working independently.

Internal Communications:
Help others get the most out of internal communications systems by offering support and advice.

Engagement Event Arrangement:
Arrange both virtual and physical events to ensure the smooth running of various employee engagement events.

Work Scheduling and Allocation:
Assign short-term work schedules to various internal and external stakeholders in order to achieve expectations while following established timelines.

Websites/Portals Maintenance and Update:
Maintain assigned portals/websites using content creation and management tools as well as digital media to ensure that technical continuity is maintained and development standards met.

Requirements:
General Education:
Matric/ Grade 12 or a equivalent SAQA accredited qualification (Essential);
Degree/Diploma in marketing or project management or similar ( advantageous)

General Experience:
2 years experience in events co-ordination or project management (Essential)
