REQUIREMENTS

  • Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
  • Min 2 years’ experience in Office Administration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent English communication skills are essential
  • Good customer service experience, and excellent customer service skills are essential.
  • Candidate must be well organized and be able to function well under pressure
  • Hours 8.30 am – 5.30 pm

DUTIES

  • General Office Administration
  • Processing and capturing orders
  • Corresponding with clients for pro-forma invoices, tax invoices and delivery notes.
  • Dealing with clients on a daily basis
  • Dealing with incoming sales emails and enquiries, calls to assist clients.
  • Dealing with customer complaints and daily enquiries when needed.
  • Initiate the opening of customer accounts
  • Ensure all enquiries and orders are dealt with in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with the Factory and Sales Manager
  • Administrative tasks as allocated by managers
  • Assisting Managers with general work-related tasks
  • Undertake day to day administrative support,
  • Financial reports and banking
  • Ad hoc tasks
  • General filling of documentation (Invoices, Statements, Credit Notes, etc.)
  • Schedule meetings when necessary
  • Compiling Daily, weekly and monthly reports and updating client database regularly

Salary:  Dependent on experience
