Implementation Consultant


  • Manage the planning and rollout and implementation of tax related software products.
  • Provide training to clients on tax software and maintenance of training material
  • Identify and present additional solutions (products or services) to increase productivity with client’s existing products
  • Identify problems or issues with software and submit program change requests to development group.  Make recommendations to management and / or development groups on how support or programs can be improved
  • Weekly reporting on implementation team financial results to implementation team manager
  • Plan and manage the implementation, training, and ongoing support to clients for tax software products with the goal of increasing client renewals and expanding product usage
  • Manage the overall client relationship and ensure client satisfaction by quickly and accurately resolving client issues
  • Manage the quality and continually drive the improvement of training to clients on tax software products

  • Previous tax experience is required especially in the role of a tax accountant/manager in a corporate environment
  • Experience developing and maintaining spreadsheets and/or database applications is preferred
  • An understanding of various software products i.e. Windows NT, Windows 2000, MS Office 2000
  • Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent
  • Additional financial (eg Honours or CA) or tax qualifications are  required
  • Articles would be an advantage
