HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER 2 POSTS REF NO: 05260
Directorate: Human Resource Department
SALARY : R183 438 per annum (plus benefits)
CENTRE : Mamelodi Hospital

REQUIREMENTS : Relevant Degree/Diploma or equivalent qualification with 3 years relevant
experience in Human Resource or Grade 12 certificate with 5 years practical
experience in Human Resource. Knowledge of PMDS policy. Knowledge of
relevant HR prescripts and legislation. Excellent administrative skills, be
computer literate, .have thorough Persal knowledge necessary to manage and
supervise co-workers. Ability to work under pressure. Good interpersonal and
people management skills.

DUTIES : Effective and efficient implementation of HR Administration such as
Appointments, Transfers, Termination, Salary and Leave Management,
Overtime, recruitment and Selection, PMDS,PILIR, IOD, etc.. Ensure
compliance in all HR related frameworks. Provide guidance support to staff
under your supervision. Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time
to time.
